Conference - "Towards a culture of energy variability" by Arnaud Crétot

At this conference, Arnaud Crétot will explain how he came to create Europe's first solar bakery and roasting business in 2019, here in Normandy (NeoLoco.fr). With a background as a craftsman-engineer that starts with an energy study trip to 20 countries and goes through participation in the design of concentrated solar power ovens for craftsmen in developing countries, Arnaud Crétot recently co-created a methodology (Teled.fr) for transforming craft, industrial and public organizations to make them compatible with variable access to energy and resources. Renewable energies can power the economy if we learn to consume when we know how to produce. To what extent is this approach transforming our spaces?
