. Master's degree in architecture or architecture/engineering
. 0 to 3 years' professional experience
. A desire to get involved in monitoring and directing work
. Rigor, curiosity, motivation, good interpersonal skills .
. Fluency in spoken and written French (foreign languages a plus)
. Computer skills: Adobe, Microsoft 365, CAD, etc.
