Flora Ruchat-Roncati (1937-2012), Swiss architect and representative of the "Ticino" school of architectural thought, was the first female professor at theSwiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. As an architect, she designed public facilities and works of art, always in relation to their landscape.
