Protection, destruction and restoration of architectural and urban heritage before, during and after the Second World War. History, policies and heritage administrations. City, architecture and identity of the Reconstruction: regulations, contracting and project management, doctrine, reception. Patrimonialization and adaptation of the architecture and urbanism of the reconstruction. Urban forms. Agricultural architecture in the 20th century.

- 2014 to 2022: member of the Regional Commission for Heritage and Architecture (CRPA) of Normandy as a qualified personality
- since 2008: member of the Société des Antiquaires de Normandie (president in 2016)
- 2000-2001 then 2006: member of the working group on the 20th century label in Lower Normandy
- 1996: approved as a guide-lecturer in the City of Art and History, Caen. Guide-lecturer at the tourist office since that date
