Anne-Sophie Barthez elected to the Board of Directors of ENSA Normandie

On Monday June 9, 2025, Anne-Sophie Barthez was elected to the Board of Directors of ENSA Normandie. Currently Director of Education at the Philharmonie de Paris, Anne-Sophie Barthez was Director General of Higher Education and Professional Integration at the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) from 2019 to 2024.
Her in-depth knowledge of higher education and research issues will be particularly useful as the establishment enters crucial stages, with the signing of the Contract of Objectives and Performance with the supervisory authority in 2025 and the HCERES self-assessment in 2026. The Board of Directors will also be able to count on its national expertise in view of the rapprochement initiated with the Universities of Le Havre and Rouen as part of the "France 2030" funding scheme, and the evolution of the COMUE Normandie Université.
