"Co-Living Archi", a project designed by and for students
The project consists of creating student accommodation on the site of the École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Normandie, itself located in the commune of Darnétal. The design will be carried out in conjunction with the students of the school in order to imagine types of accommodation adapted to their use and their residential path (single room/flat share/couple/young professionals).

A mix of uses
Business premises are also planned on the ground floor, allowing for a mix of uses, particularly in connection with the "La Fruitière" incubator run by ENSA Normandie.

Research in eco-design.
The project will be supported by the research carried out by the ATE laboratory, with its expertise in the field of eco-construction.
