The company
Founded in 1903,ENSA Normandie to the towns of Darnétal and Rouen (76) in 1984, into a former factory that is a testament to late 19th-century architecture, set in 2.5 hectares of grounds. The school now offers 6,000 m² of floor space dedicated to teaching architecture, to which will be added 500 m² dedicated to research in 2023, financed by the government's recovery plan. ENSA Normandie a member of ComuE Normandie Université, which brings together all of the higher education and research institutions in the new Normandy region. It has 52 tenured and associate teachers, including eight professors and four HDRs, and 120 external lecturers, as well as an administrative team of 40 staff, to train nearly 700 students. Its educational program is characterized by a highly integrated bachelor's degree, offering a well-defined progressive course of study that concludes with a semester of international study. This bachelor's degree has been developed with a dual curriculum in architecture and engineering with INSA Rouen Normandie since the start of the 2020 academic year, as well as a bachelor's degree program based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Master's program is structured around three areas of study: Experimentation (eco-construction issues), Transformation (issues relating to intervention in existing structures), and Resilient Urbanities (the city in the face of climate change). It offers a dual Master's degree in DRAQ with the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Le Havre.
