You will participate with the department manager in the organization and validation of regulatory notices, and you will supervise the agents in charge of examining water, sanitation, pluvial and ANC notices in the context of regulatory urban planning applications. You prepare files for the regularization of easements for the occupation of private land by works related to the skills represented by the Water Cycle Division. You ensure cross-functional communication with the relevant departments of the Water and Sewerage Authority, the Regulatory Urban Planning Department and the WFD. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of 3 agents, while implementing human resources policies.

As such, your main missions are as follows:

Coordinate all appraisal activities relating to planning applications for drinking water, collective and non-collective wastewater, stormwater, runoff and flooding. :

Validate technical opinions on wastewater connections and stormwater management, and on connection to the drinking water network

Communicate with the Asset Knowledge Department and the Water and Sewerage Authority on GIS updating requirements

Monitor department activity, quality and compliance with regulatory instruction deadlines, and liaise with the Regulatory Planning Department

Check that notices are entered into the "Droits des Cités" instruction software package and dematerialization tools. Participate in their implementation

Registering network right-of-way easements :

Manage the database on drinking water and wastewater networks on private land

Work with the land department to regularize easements

Verify the presence of sensitive networks in the plots and give an opinion and/or recommendations in the event of incompatibility with the project presented. with the project presented, in liaison with the works preservation officer.

Anticipate connection requests and advise applicants:

Coordinate with the relevant departments of the Water and Sewerage Authority, to anticipate and program work requirements related to urban planning applications (long connections, extensions, network detour, etc.).

Monitor work progress and liaise with petitioners

Verify connection authorizations based on the collection or treatment capacity of wastewater systems

Advise and provide information to applicants prior to or during appraisal with the "filter" of the communes or the DUR

Trained to degree level (Bac +3) or equivalent in water-related professions, urban planning law, urban planning and development. Professional experience in network works, civil engineering, VRD is desirable. You have knowledge of sanitation, drinking water distribution, rainwater, urban planning regulations or civil engineering. You are organized, able to summarize, logical and impartial. You have a strong sense of teamwork and are able to work cross-functionally. You have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office, particularly Excel).
