As a public higher education and research institution, the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Normandie (ENSA Normandie) carries out all the tasks assigned to the twenty French architecture schools under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, from initial training to the exchange of knowledge and practices within the international scientific and cultural community. In addition to initial training at the Bachelor's/Master's level,ENSA Normandie a Bachelor's degree in architecture in Hanoi (Vietnam), a specialized Master's degree in collaboration with the University of Le Havre (Master DRAQ), the HMONP, and a doctorate from the University of Rouen. It hosts the ATE research team, which is made up of 18 tenured researchers, including 5 with HDR (Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches) and 6 doctoral students. ATE is registered with ED 556 (Hommes Sociétés Risques Territoires) at the University of Rouen Normandy.ENSA Normandie currently supported by 70 permanent teachers, 60 external contributors, and an administrative team of 42 staff members.

Your tasks

ENSA Normandie advertised a position for an assistant to the head of the training department (category A).

The assistant (M/F) assists the department manager in preparing files. He/she contributes to the smooth running of the department's activities. He/she is responsible for the independent appraisal of the files for which he/she is responsible, leading to the completion expected by the manager.
He/she supervises a team of 4 category B agents.
