Shared Horizon Workshop – Marion Sauvé-Ruon

Graduated from ENSA Normandie with an HMONP degree ENSA Normandie 2013

The concept arose from a simple observation: in rural areas, properties and land remain on the market for a long time, even as municipalities seek to increase the density of their town centers and diversify the housing supply.

A need.
A potential.
A meeting.

Through my workshop, I help property owners maximize the potential of their properties and land.

Before a sale, I draw up floor plans and renderings to show what the property could become—not just what it is today.

I analyze zoning regulations and propose design scenarios to determine whether rental housing can be built on a plot of land.

The goal is clear: to enable you to sell at the right price or invest with a solid strategy.

Magenta Architecture Studio – Pauline Le Rallic

Graduated with an HMONP degree fromENSA Normandie 2016

Renovation of existing buildings to improve comfort and adapt them to new needs.

Through the projects Pauline has worked on, she has observed that many stakeholders—individuals, local governments, or property owners—own properties that no longer meet their needs, yet they don’t always know how to adapt them or where to start.

Lack of comfort, spaces that no longer meet needs, difficulty envisioning the future, a decline in quality of life, rising energy bills…

After more than 10 years working on renovation projects at an architectural firm, Pauline founded Atelier Magenta Architecture, based in Le Havre, to guide the transformation of existing buildings—from design through to completion—and to help homeowners fully reclaim their properties and unlock their full potential.

In every project, she pays special attention to the concept of comfort, which she approaches from several complementary angles:

  • Thermal comfort and indoor well-being through improved energy efficiency and air quality

  • User comfort, from rethinking the layout of spaces to make them functional and adaptable to the design of built-in furniture

  • Creating a sense of comfort throughthe use of light, materials, colors, and atmospheres, in order to design unique spaces that resonate with those who inhabit them

His goal: to design unique spaces, conceived as a cohesive whole, where comfort—whether thermal, functional, or sensory—enables people to fully reclaim the space and rediscover a sense of purpose and quality of life there.

Reflet d’Espace Studio – Ael Trevilly

DN Made Interior Design in 2024

Reflet d’Espace is an interior design studio specializing in optimizing living spaces. Each project is designed to bring out a space’s full potential, whether it involves a renovation, a redesign, or a complete new build.

The workshop’s true value lies in its ability to make smart use of every square foot.

Optimization involves, in particular, custom layouts,
space management, and functional solutions achieved through furniture design. Through a detailed analysis of needs and constraints, each interior becomes more comfortable, brighter, and more practical.

Atelier Reflet d’Espace thus offers a comprehensive solution for living or working in an optimized, inspiring, and sustainable environment.

MOUCHETTE Architecture – Thibaut Faraldo and Brice Bultelle

Graduate of ENSA Bretagne

Studio Mouchette and Atelier Mouchette are built around two distinct approaches, united by a shared commitment: to champion architecture that respects everyday heritage and the functions of daily life.
We primarily work with private clients and professionals, approaching each project as a cohesive whole, from architecture to furniture.

Our approach is based on a holistic view of living spaces, tailored to every scale: from the built environment
to the finer details of interior design.
The synergy between architectural design, construction experience, structural engineering,
technical expertise, and custom craftsmanship allows us to integrate structural, material, and furnishing considerations into the project at a very early stage.

We design spaces that are thought through in their entirety, paying particular attention to the appropriate and well-
of functions, materials, and construction methods. Our work process is organized into several stages: site survey and assessment, feasibility study, architectural design, structural engineering, administrative documentation, project management and site supervision, and, as needed, the creation of custom furniture.
We primarily work in Ille-et-Vilaine, more broadly in Brittany, and in Paris depending on the project.
