In order to form these Councils, students from the universities of Caen Normandie, Le Havre Normandie, and Rouen Normandie, ENSICAEN, INSA Rouen Normandie, andENSA Normandie the six members of Normandie Université) are called upon to vote.
Electronic voting will be open from Tuesday 1 June at 9:00 to Wednesday 2 June at 17:00
