The School commits to the fight against gender-based and sexual violence
  • School life

Since 2020, the School has been mobilizing its various communities in the fight against sexual and gender-based violence and harassment. As a player in the education system, ENSA Normandie is a signatory to the 2020-2024 regional convention for equality between girls and boys, women and men in education. To this end, an awareness-raising workshop on street harassment was held last Thursday. Led by the association En avant toute(s ), the event attracted some 50 participants to the Jean Duminy amphitheatre. A "Violentomètre" poster campaign has also been deployed throughout the school since the start of the academic year, and sandwich bags and napkins with useful numbers will shortly be distributed in the cafeteria. In addition, every year, new recruits are given a 3-hour awareness-raising session to help them identify and understand sexual harassment, as well as all forms of hostile behavior with sexual connotations and sexual violence.
