Created in 2010, the BONNET consulting firm works mainly on the elaboration and revision of urban planning documents (PLU, PLUi, ...), in multidisciplinary teams, where it brings its expertise in architecture, landscape and urban planning. It accompanies public authorities and project leaders with a forward-looking vision providing advice integrating issues related to the environment, climate change, preservation of landscapes and heritage, quality of life ... For the past 3 years, the company has been diversifying through new missions, whether in urban planning with a more operational dimension (planning permission, development of public spaces, but also various urban studies) or in architecture.

Your tasks

YOUR MISSIONS:
Under the responsibility of the project manager, as a design manager, you will work on :
- The realization of plans, mass plans, sectional plans, descriptive notes...
- The drafting of certain documents constituting the urban planning documents (presentation report, regulations...) requiring skills in architecture
- The elaboration of graphic documents (OAP type development plans)
- The reflection and the drawing on urban studies (sketches, development plans)

PROFILE SOUGHT:
- You have a degree in the field of architecture with or without experience
- You have good graphic skills
- You have good writing skills
- You have a good command of drawing software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp...)
- You have a good command of the Microsoft suite (experience using Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop is a plus)
- You have the ability to work in a group as well as independently
- You have a valid driver's license and a vehicle
- Appreciated: mastery of QGIS software

TERMS OF THE POSITION :
Type of contract: 3 to 6 months fixed term contract leading to a permanent contract to be defined / full time 35H

or 3 to 6 month internship (please specify in your application)
