Construction quality

"Qualité Construction" is a French magazine published since 2003 by Agence Qualité Construction, which brings together all the professional organizations in the building sector. It is a technical magazine specializing in construction pathology and disorder prevention. It is organized around five themes: quality, legal, technical, Europe and prescription.

The legal section features two practical factsheets per issue, written by male and female lawyers and dealing with points of law relating to construction. They feature a textbook case, a decision and a commentary. The May/June issue deals with the legal issues of "billing disputes" and "rejecting the liability of an amicable expertise firm".
