Personal data is stored at ENSA Normandie a period of three years. ENSA Normandie to transfer or grant the benefit of this authorization or any personal data to a third party. It undertakes not to distribute any image, photograph, or video that could undermine the dignity or honor of the person photographed.

Access to your personal data is strictly limited to ENSA Normandie.

We undertake not to sell, rent, transfer or give third parties access to your data without your prior consent.

In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, transfer, and erase your data, as well as to restrict its processing. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you by sending your request by mail to ENSA Normandie. For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent requests, this request must be accompanied by proof of identity. The proof of identity will be destroyed once the request has been processed.
