ENSA Normandie beneficiary

The École nationale supérieure d'architecture de Normandie has benefited from an exceptional financial package from the Government's stimulus plan for its energy renovation.

Three projects have been launched, details of which are given below, following the contracts published on the government purchasing platform.

  1. Replacement of the external joinery of the main building
  2. Replacement of the central body of the main building with new glass and roofing
  3. Rehabilitation of the park's workshops

Replacement of external joinery in the main building

Amount of work: 968 000€ TDC*
Project management contract awarded on 11 April 21 to SARL KCA Architecture

Work to replace the external joinery will start on Tuesday 30 November.

December will be devoted to the 3rd floor. January will be devoted to the attic windows, which will not affect the occupied premises. February will be devoted to the offices and workshops on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Replacement of the central body of the main building with new roofs and skylights

Amount of work: 432,000 € TDC*
Project management contract awarded on: 11/04/21

Amount of work: €4.4 million (including VAT)*
Project management contract awarded on 7 May 21
