Job description
You will work with the people in charge of theme " Materials and Constructive Systems "
within the SIMOE (Services Innovants pour la Maitrise d'Œuvre) team.
The aim ofyour internship
To develop, characterize and market construction processes for the environmental
environmental transition.
You'll be helping to maintain and grow our expertise in the use of bio-sourced materials,
raw earth, design for demountability, reuse and the use of recycled materials.
The contextte
Your missionsront in the context of supporting construction players (companies,
national and international R&D programs with recognized players in building innovation
recognized players in building innovation (CSTB, CEREMA, Laboratoire de recherche SIAME and LMDC,
general construction companies).
You'll be working work in partnership project mode direct with some of them (notably the
CSTB, CEREMA or the general contractors)
Le contenu de ta mission
Réaliser des états de l’art sur les pratiques existantes en lien avec les sujets étudiés ;
Définir les exigences techniques et réglementaires pour la conception des procédés de
construction étudiés ;
Formuler des matériaux (notamment mélanges terre crue et fibres biosourcées) ;
Définir les protocoles d’essais pour la caractérisation des matériaux ;
Accompagner les démarches d’évaluation technique (ATEx, ATec) pour la mise sur le marché
des procédés de construction ;
Accompagner l’équipe de maitrise d’œuvre dans le choix des matériaux et procédés de
construction en cohérence avec le contexte et les contraintes des projets (localisation, typologie
de bâtiment, exigences de performance, …).
Les projets sur lesquels tu vas travailler
> Développement de produits en terre allégée (terre crue et fibres/granulats végétaux) ;
> Accompagnement d’industriels pour le développement et la mise sur le marché de procédés de
construction (procédés d’isolation biosourcés, procédés de végétalisation de bâtiment,
procédés constructifs bois industrialisés, …).
> Création de filières régionales (valorisation des terres excavées pour la construction terre crue ;
réemploi du bois de structure) ;
> Etude de faisabilité concernant la valorisation du miscanthus dans le secteur bâtiment.
Profil
Etudiant(e) de niveau BAC+5 (université ou école d’ingénieur avec une spécialisation dans le secteur du
BTP), tu es sensible aux problématiques bâtiment / énergie / environnement et tu manifestes un fort
intérêt pour la R&D, les matériaux biosourcés et « bas carbone » (notamment la terre crue)
Tu as idéalement d’une première expérience dans le développement de produits pour le secteur de la
construction et tu disposes déjà d’une bonne connaissance du bâtiment et de ses acteurs.
Tu possèdes également
Des compétences techniques en matière de construction durable ;
Une rigueur scientifique et des compétences organisationnelles ;
Des compétences rédactionnelles ;
Une très bonne maitrise de l’anglais à écrit et à l’oral)
Tu aimes travailler en équipe et tu es d’un naturel curieux et ouvert d’esprit.
A l’issue du stage, une Thèse pourra t’être proposée pour poursuivre les travaux que tu auras engagé
durant ton stage.

- Gratuity: calculated on the basis of the law, i.e. €4.05 per hour
