ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER (dept.49)
POSITION TO BE FILLED
Architect / Project Manager within the firm, to join a team of 6 people
(1 architect DPLG / 1 executive assistant / 2 draughtsmen / 2 construction economists).
PROJECTS HANDLED
Private/public market: Industrial, Equipment, Housing, Rehabilitation
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an architectural design agency.
- Mastery of project preparation from ESQ to AOR phase.
ROLE / QUALITY
- Project study management
- Listens to the various team members to build a participative
design process.
- Rigor, dynamism, cheerfulness and autonomy are important qualities.
- An interest in site supervision is a plus.
DRAWING SOFTWARE
- ALLPLAN Nemetschek preferred (as the firm's digital tool).
- ADOBE suite
- Sketchup
