The Centre Régional Jeunesse et Sports (CRJS) is a collective hostel specializing in group accommodation. The CRJS is a key player in the local social economy sector, offering low-cost accommodation with quality services (catering by reservation, meeting room hire). Since January 1, the establishment has been affiliated to the youth hostel network. In addition to welcoming groups, it is also positioned in the private sector.

The CRJS is facing major challenges in attracting new customers and responding to new customer needs. This means improving the decoration and layout of common rooms and collective rooms, to create a real place of conviviality in a pleasant setting, while remaining simple, functional and rooted in the social economy.

Job description

CRJS is looking for its future Intern in Interior Design (M/F).

Reporting directly to the manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Production of 2D plans and 3D models of the CRJS, with a view to implementing projects to improve the decoration and layout of the rooms, common rooms, patio and exterior.
• Taking readings
• Verify technical feasibility according to the building's constraints and with the various partners (urban area, city) if necessary.
• Produce the various technical drawings
• Check compliance with ERP standards
• Present various proposals to the Board of Directors: furnishings, decorations, small jobs, etc.
• Propose a budget study (estimate)
• Search for financing
• Drawing up a schedule

Working week: 35 hours. 1 to 2 months

Profile required

You're preparing a degree or diploma in Interior Architecture (BAC+3 or BAC+5).
