Objectives common to semesters 5, 6, 7 and 8
The lectures on the profession of architecture are organized in 5 thematic sessions spread over semesters 5, 6, 7 and 8. The objective of this progressive teaching is to draw up a picture of the profession and its framework of exercise which allows to better apprehend the current stakes of the profession, the role and the place of the architect in this renewed context: multiplication of the partners of the project management, segmentation and diversification of the profession, questioning of the place and the role of the architect in the system of the actors of the act of building, evolution of the legislative and contractual framework, evolution of the public action towards a delegation of the urban development to the large private groups of the building and public works...

Content
S7 - The World of Architectural Agencies:
This session of 6 courses deals with very specific questions that each student will encounter during his professional internships. The aim is to acquire tools that will allow a better understanding of the world of architectural agencies, particularly concerning the structuring of agencies, the types of public contracts, global contracts and the world of construction.

The place of the architect in global contracts

05# Monday November 7th : double session on the world of the building site
13H30 to 15H15 : Roles and missions of the partners of the building site (OPC, SPS, site manager,...)
15H30 -17H : Intervention of Philippe Joly, Engineer in Management and Industrial Organization, on the ecosystem of the actors and their intervention starting from a concrete case of project in phase building site
