Guillaume NICOLAS is a lecturer atENSA Normandie the field of TPCAU (theory and practice of architectural and urban design), a DPLG-qualified architect (2005) and a TPE engineer (2002). Alongside his work as an architect, he began teaching in 2015 at ENSA Marne-la-Vallée (now Paris Est). Since 2020, he has been teaching atENSA Normandie conducting research at the ATE laboratory (PhD in progress). His work focuses on the ecological challenges of architecture, whether scholarly or vernacular, at the intersection of technical and social issues.
Provisional title of the thesis in progress: Investigation into the architectural and landscape transformations of farmsteads during the modernization of agriculture (1945-2025).
